Refund Policy
At ZOCO.COM, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services and support. However, we understand that sometimes our services may not meet our customers expectations. In such instances, ZOCO.COM offers refunds after conducting a detailed analysis of the customer’s grievances. Where refund is not possible, we provide compensation with other services to ensure our customers get the value for their investment. Our team is always available to help customers find suitable resolutions that meet their needs. We believe in building strong relationships with our customers and strive to ensure that they are satisfied with our services. – Eligibility for refund
To be eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned below, a customer must have paid for a course(s) within the last 30 days from the date of claiming the refund.
Based on the criteria mentioned above, ZOCO.COM will consider parents or authorised guardians who have made payments on behalf of students as customers.
– Conditions for refund
Based on the criteria mentioned above, ZOCO.COM considers refunds only for the following cases:
- If a customer pays an amount that exceeds the price of the course listed on the official ZOCO.COM website, they will receive a refund for the extra amount paid.
- On Abroad admission, after the offer letter is furnished, if the customer does not continue with the course, and if they have paid initially 50k, then only 50 percent refund will be done.
- If the visa is approved, there will be no refund served from our side. Also first year college fees and counselling fees will be taken.
- In admission-abroad, If college fees is paid and the customer denies before the offer letter, then 80% fees will be refundable.
- The following reasons given by the customer will not be entertain, eg: change of personal circumstances, change of career goals, dissatisfaction with the chosen course or university, or any other personal reasons.
- For admission-India, if a customer has paid 50000 in advance, and thinks of not continuing with the course, in that situation 50 percent would be refundable.
- In counselling fees of 199 and 599, customers will only get support for once, but after paying these amounts if she/he backs out so there will be no refund.
- For 1:1 sessions, if a session is cancelled due to an emergency from either the student/customer or the teacher’s end, and the student/customer is informed beforehand (within 24 hours), then no refund will be granted.
- In Admission-india counselling, If college is not allotted then 80% will be refundable.
– Possible resolutions other than refund:
- The total amount paid can be adjusted against other offerings if required, based on the assessment by ZOCO.COM, provided
- a. Concerns raised by customer are deemed valid by ZOCO.COM
- b. Concerns are deemed reasonable and/or true from both the parties
If ZOCO.COM initiates a refund, it will take at least 7 days to complete the procedure starting from the date of confirmation of the refund.
Please Note:
- If any token amount is paid, no refund will be processed on the same
- In case of self prep courses, the consumer has to use a laptop or desktop for the best learning experience (The course is not available on the mobile or tablets)
- ZOCO.COM considers Telegram, WhatsApp & Email as official communication channel
